Laboratories and offices are flexible room. They are equipped with basic furniture, network architecture, access to meeting rooms, training classrooms, lounges and audiovisual media. Moreover, possibility of parking and warehouses.
For laboratories, PCM has zones with high standard common equipment, waste management, gas supply, washing and sterilization material. Check technical specifications, supplies and services available.
In addition, there is a series of cleaning, maintenance and secretarial services, such as distribution of regular mail and packages, fax sending and reception, call service, assistance for visitors, photocopier, bookbinding and document scanning.
Additionally, the tenants enjoy a full support services offered by the PCM's team of professionals, the network of mentors and portfolio service companies specializing in different areas of business management.
The PCM now has three company incubators situated at the Cantoblanco Campus, at Pozuelo and at Tres Cantos. It is planning to open a new trimodular compound at the Cantoblanco Campus by 2013:
