The Parque CientÃfico de Madrid, together with the Collado Villalba City Hall, participates in the program Cooperación con Parques Industriales y Tecnológicos (COPIT) [Cooperation with Industrial and Technological Parks (CITP)].
Launched in 2009, the objective of the COPIT Program is the improvement of competitiveness and the promotion of business development of companies in technological and industrial parks, through a mutual cooperation program. It uses several instruments and agencies from the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, and Commerce (MITYC), and its collaborators are the EOI Foundation, the Asociación de Parques CientÃficos y Tecnológicos de España (APTE) [Spanish Association of Scientific and Technological Parks (SASTP), the Coordinadora Española de PolÃgonos Industriales (CEPE) [Spanish Coordinator of Industrial Polygons (SCIP), and ENISA.
Within the framework of this project, the Parque CientÃfico de Madrid, together with the Collado Villalba City Hall, organizes two networking symposiums between companies located at the park, as well as at the polygon.
The symposiums will follow the quick appointment model so that every registered company meets a large number of possible customers in record time. The participants just have to bring their business cards and their desire to meet new contacts to create commercial links.
In turn, the participating companies will be part of the web page of the Cooperation Empresarial (RCE) [Business Cooperation (BC)] from the Asociación de Parques CientÃficos y Tecnológicos de España (APTE), a platform that facilitates meetings between supply and demand for the creation of agreements.
